I finally found some time to work on the FX-602P Simulator and I did make a large step forward. I changed the button design to use the same design used in the HP-45 Emulator. I think it looks a lot better.
I also got the display working so one can do simple calculations. Without the active Keyboard more complex calculations would be difficult. Still the back-end supports them already. Well the back-end has not changed one bit. It is the same as for Java ME. That is the wonder of the MVC design pattern - the model does not change when you move to a new GUI.
Next will be the active Keyboard. Then the set-up dialogue and then the printer.
